The demand for recycled and clinker-efficient concretes is clear and only growing. For ready-mix concrete plants, these more sustainable products lead directly to more work, as significantly more manual quality control is required to keep these tricky low-CO2 concretes in check. Today's production has been saved by the intuition and many years of experience of skilled employees, a group that is quickly shrinking. The challenging concretes of the future will require closer and more precise quality monitoring throughout the production process, which cannot rely on experience alone.
Our ready-mix concrete software continuously forecasts the relevant quality parameters during production in real time. For this purpose, existing data from the mixing plant (dosing events, concrete temperature and active power curve in full resolution) is combined with sensor data from the delivery truck drum. With the help of this information, current data on the actual state of the concrete from plant to construction site is displayed transparently and clearly to the personnel in the plant and if desired shared via QR code.
